REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

jupiterdigitech.com do not provides refund in case the customer simply change the mind or wrongly judged our services/solutions. jupiterdigitech.com advise to all customers to test our services prior to ordering any services. jupiterdigitech.com do not offer any refund of money at any stage or at any condition once the transaction has done or services availed. If someone makes payment twice by mistake then one payment will be refunded.
Eligible refunds will be processed and credited automatically to the original mode of payment i.e. credit card, debit card, net banking or any other mode.

Refund / Cancellation Process

  • To raise a refund request, please write to us at customercare@jupiterdigitech.com within thirty (7) days of completing your new order.
  • Customers are required to clearly mention the Reason for refund.
  • Customer required to send the copy of Invoice at customercare@jupiterdigitech.com.
  • Eligible Refunds will be provided on pro-rated basis.
  • No refund will be allowed for texting solutions such as Promotional SMS, Transactional SMS, Opt-in, SMS Short code, Long code (Dedicated/Shared) etc. and will be deducted from your order total, before receiving pro-rated refund.
  • Refund will only be provided in case of paid orders.
  • All payments to jupiterdigitech.com are Non-refundable in case delays/non-delivery of services occurs due to issues at the end of telecom operator.
  • Eligible Refunds will be credited within 30 to 45 days from the date of receiving request for refund.
  • Processing charges @ 30% shall be deducted out of the refundable amount.
  • If someone makes payment twice by mistake then one payment will be refunded.
